What we print, and what we will not
The official Risk & Compliance Disclosure names Restricted Locations and names other jurisdictions where some services may be limited. The venue header on that page reads “Last Updated: 8 July 2026.” This site checked the URL on 2026-08-22. I will not reprint the country list here. Lists move. Read the list on the venue.
Official Terms of Service (venue header: last updated 24 July 2026) name the operating entities that may apply by residency or registration date. That is a pointer, not a licence table. Who you contract with is 待核对公开页 until you read the terms that apply to you. I will not map you to a licence number you did not show me.
A companion identity page describes layers of due diligence. It does not print a numbered “KYC Level 1 / Level 2” table with dollar unlocks on the pages I opened today. Those unlock cells stay 待核对公开页.

Can I skip identity checks?
No. I will not write a path around KYC. I will not describe a VPN path or a borrowed identity. Mail to this site is for editorial corrections, not account recovery. If the official list will not load, the cell stays 待核对公开页 — I will not reprint a rumored country list.
If you already know the venue is not offered, use if OKX is not offered. If you can open, map the habit on account types and keep the risk note.
